Disclaimer of Terms and Conditions

1. This disclaimer shall serve as covenant to all tour members with fully paid tour packages:
   1. Hotel accommodations are subject to room-sharing of two adults with double twin beds.
   2. All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.
   3. Transport between airport and hotel and portage of one luggage not exceeding 20 Kilo per person.
2. The following are excluded from the tour fare:
   1. Air fare tax & airport tax.
   2. Cigarettes, wine, mineral water, laundry or other items of a purely personal nature and/or items not specified in the itinerary as optional.
   3. Passport and visa fees.
   4. Excess baggage.
   5. Optional tours.
   6. All personal expenses & personal insurance.
   7. Tips for tour leader, local guide & bus driver.
3. No refund or reduction will be made to any Tour Members in respect to accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services which are included in the tour fares.
4. Deposit of USD300.00 per person must be paid up on initial reservation and the balance must be cleared within 60 days prior to the date of departure. In case of cancellation, written notification is required.
   Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed :.
   * 120 days prior to departure–USD 100.00 per airline, nonrefundable deposit
   * Cruise lines cancellation per cruise lines’ policy.
   * Once airline and/or cruise tickets are issued, they are to be settled according to provisions set-forth by airlines and cruise lines.
   * Fun Tour cancellation fee:
   Over 120 days prior to departure–USD 100.00
   119 to 61 days prior to departure–USD 300.00
   60 to 30 days prior to departure–30% of tour fare
   29 to 15 days prior to departure–60% of tour fare
   Within 14 days prior to departure–100% of tour fare.
   * For those who were arranged to share with a roommate. In case of his (her) withdraw from tour; he (she) has to find a replacement or else, he (she) is responsible for his (her) roommate’s single supplement.
   * No refunds will be given to those who voluntarily or involuntarily withdraw from the group while the trip has commenced.
   * The above cancellation fees apply to Western Europe tours only, do not apply to other destinations and special arranged groups. Other destinations & Special groups’ cancellation policy will apply per specific contracts.
5. Air tickets will be issued upon deadline given by the airline, and when full payment is received. Fail to meet above requirement, air fare supplement subject to apply.
6. A US$50 deviation service charge per person and subject to availability. Airfare differences apply.
7. A US$50 per person, per time amendment fee apply, after the original booking has been made and confirmed.
8. Failure to meet the final payment deadline, Fun tour will not be able to provide complementally medical travel insurance. We also offer an optional protection plan at your own expense.
9. The Company and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals, and tickets, vouchers and documents, are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which these services are provided.
10. All tour members shall assume damages caused by own negligence, which, but, not limited to conditions stated here under:
    1. Inaccuracy, description in-sufficient or changes to any tour in its itinerary.
    2. Extension of stay, flight, arrangements that cannot be confirmed.
    3. Deportation or refusal or entry of Tour Member by immigration Authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes or whose behavior and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned.
    4. Denial of visas for, but, not limited to passport validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure to the countries intended.
11. The Fun Tour and/or its associated agents reserves the rights to alter or modify with or without prior notice for itineraries, travel arrangements and hotel accommodations in any way necessary, or withdraw the services of an accompanying Tour Manager, due to condition beyond our control.
12. The Fun Tours and / or its associated agents shall be held free from any obligations for:
    1. Additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes.
    2. Loss of baggage, or accidents. All such damages are subject to provisions of compensations by Airline Company and transportation /train, charter bus, companies.
13. Tour will be operated on a seat-in-coach basis, when and where circumstances, deemed necessary.
14. The Company also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time; bookings made by or on behalf of Tour Member prior to departure for any reasons what so ever. Including insufficient number of passengers in which no liabilities what so ever shall be held by the Fun Tours in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal. The decision of the Fun Tours shall be final and conclusive.
15. Should there be difficulties and uncooperative Tour Members during the tour, whose act and conduct deems to be unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, interests, well-being and safety of the other Tour Members and the smooth running of the tour in general, the Tour Manager concerned possesses full discretion to deal with such persons as he/she deems fit, including requiring him/her to leave the tour. The decision of the Tour Manager in this respect is final and conclusive and the Fun Tours shall not make refund for any uncompleted part of the tour.
16. Programs, tour prices, services and conditions are based on the situation and exchange rates applicable at the time of the publication of this information and are subject to change with or without prior notice.
17. The information in this brochure is correct to the best of the Fun Tour’s knowledge at the time of going to print, but the Fun Tours cannot guarantee that any item or amenity mentioned will always be available especially where the company has no direct control over it.
18. Not withstanding the place or country in which a cause of action arises, it is expressly agreed here to that all caused of action /shall at all times to commence within the jurisdiction and territory or your destination.
19. In the event of a difference in the Chinese itinerary, the English version will be deemed to be the correct version.
20. The Fun Travel World is not responsible for any personal purchases made during the trip. Assume your own risk when making any purchases.
